The wholegrains used in Holle Porridges are in an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The goodness of the grain is gently unlocked with heat and moisture ready for your baby’s growing body. Using the wholegrain means we can retain the most nutrients.
- Clean everything (plates, spoons, etc) in boiling water for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Boil new clean water.
- Cool to optimal mixing temperature: 122 F / 50 C.
- Prepare 170 ml of water or an infant milk formula of your choice.
- Add about 18 g of porridge (about 3 – 4 tablespoons).
- Stir the prepared infant milk formula (or water) with the porridge.
- Leave out to cool to a temperature of about 98.6 F / 37 C.
- Always test the temperature.
- Ready to feed!
